Our professional chef diploma programs are designed with the guidance of some of Canada’s top chefs. Reviewed annually, our curriculum ensures up-to-date training for chefs and cooks in 12 programs including:

*Cook Basic - Level 1, Cook Advanced - Level 2, and Chef de Cuisine are offered as Part-Time and Full-Time programs.
