The program under the tutelage of Master Chef Elaina Kourie, C.C.C. MWMCS., allows the certificate holder in Advanced Culinary Studies to exemplify and promote the development of excellence on their journey in the culinary arts industry. As highly skilled graduates, and educated Chefs, who will be committed to professionalism, advanced technical culinary skills, innovation, critical thinking, accountability, and leadership.
A Special Certificate of Culinary Excellence is awarded designating the holder a Student Master Chef attesting to the successful completion of the required program of study, Advanced Culinary Studies – Master Chef Series Program, in fine gastronomy and culinary administration, thereby reflecting a professional knowledge and philosophy of international cuisine.
