What to Expect

  • The courses are all hands-on and limited in size to 10 to 12 per class.
  • Two professional chef instructors instruct each class.
  • Our culinary students assist in the classes.
  • We offer a fun atmosphere while learning classical and global skills and techniques from professional chef instructors.
  • We focus on exploring cooking techniques, ingredients and dishes.
  • Instructional recipes geared towards the home cook or gourmand, taking into consideration the tools and equipment people have in their homes.
  • Our teaching allows the home cook to think and cook like a professional chef.
  • Each of our classes offers its unique diversity with flavours from around the world and close to home.
  • Each course is either an intense one-evening class or a series of classes, exploring cooking techniques, ingredients, dishes or cuisine.
  • When attending a class please bring along containers to transport your food.
