At Top Toques Institute of Culinary Excellence, our team building events use the communal activity of cooking, and the shared pleasures of food to help groups learn to cooperate, communicate, and work together more effectively.
Under the expert guidance of our Award-Winning Certified Chef Instructors with extensive teaching and coaching experience, you and the other members of your team will perform key tasks in the preparation of a three-course menu, collaborating to achieve a common goal. In the process, you’ll pick up terrific cooking tips and build stronger bonds with your co-workers in a fun and relaxed environment. Together you will all enjoy a fabulous meal that you collaborated on to create.
Team building is the perfect combination of work and pleasure, an opportunity to learn about cooking, about your colleagues, and about working together.
We will work with you to create the food-related challenges and fun activities experience. When the team-building activity involves cooking and eating together, it can be creative, inspirational and lighthearted, yet challenging. It requires people to work together to create something from scratch and to problem solve under pressure. Plus, team members get to enjoy and take pride in the end product.
The setting for our team building events is in the Top Toques professional teaching kitchen and dining room area. Located at the Corner of Ottawa and Charles Street in Kitchener. Our campus is easily accessible by car or public transit and offers free customer parking.
