The College is currently undertaking a strategic relocation to a new facility designed to strengthen our foundation, enhance operational capacity, and advance the long-term vision of the institution. This transition is intentional and forward-looking, reflecting our continued commitment to excellence in culinary education, industry relevance, and institutional integrity.
As part of this strategic transition, the College has proactively paused new enrollments to ensure continued adherence to all governing Ministry regulations and institutional standards. This decision reflects our unwavering commitment to compliance, student protection, and operational excellence. Admissions will reopen once we are fully operational in our new location and prepared to deliver programming at the highest standard.
During this relocation period:
Admissions and instructional activities will resume upon completion of our relocation and full operational readiness. The College remains unwavering in its adherence to the regulatory framework that governs us and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accountability and principled governance.

Top Toques Institute of Culinary Excellence
If you wish to be admitted into Top Toques Institute of Culinary Excellence in Ontario, our admissions process includes a few requirements for students. We will consider applicants who meet these requirements and potentially move them along to the next step. Students must have completed high school and provide proof of their diploma or transcript. Those who have not completed high school may still be accepted into our program by successfully taking and passing the CAST entrance exam. International students must provide us with proof of post-secondary education or high school completion from their country and successfully complete the IELTS test within the last two years with a 5.5 overall band score. Please note we may also ask international students to complete the CAST entrance exam successfully.
Check your email for communications and return any phone calls that you may have missed to arrange and attend an information and interview session. You must contact the school within five business days to book an information and interview session. Failure to do so will result in your application being voided.
