This is a competitive program. Applicants must meet the admission requirements as outlined below to be considered for training. They will then be assessed based on additional criteria for entry into the program. Applicants will be offered admission to the program if they qualified through the process and space is available.
There are a maximum of 16 spots available for each start date. The small class sizes allow us the opportunity to provide adequate one-to-one attention from the instructors, students receive individually tailored instruction, more feedback is provided to each student, and students are better equipped to enter the industry having already worked within a team setting in the kitchen, among the many other advantages that our programs offer.
We encourage applicants to apply early as the program fills quickly. Once the program is full, applicant will be moved to the next start date, or cohort.

Once the APPLY NOW form has been filled out and submitted, applicants will be invited to attend an information and interview session with the Director of Admissions. Offers of admission will be determined based on the interview and the required documents.
Note: Failure to attend an interview will result in your status changing to “Declined through selection.”
If the applicant meets all the admission criteria, they will be provided acceptance within 2 business days from the Board of Directors. Conditional offers of acceptance may be provided if there is missing information or concerns about the application.
The applicant will then be invited back to the school to register for the program. Registration for the program must occur within 14 business days from the offer of acceptance in order to be guaranteed a spot in the program. Failure to meet this deadline may result in your application being wait listed.
