680 Hours – 34 Weeks (Full Time)
This is Top Toques Institute of Culinary Excellence’s ultimate diploma program. It combines the foundation, skills, and techniques of Cook Basic Level 1 with the advanced culinary and customer service skills of Cook Advanced Level 2. After this, students are taught the entrepreneurial and business skills necessary to own and operate a successful foodservice operation. This 680 hour program is recognized by the Ontario College of Trades as equivalent hours and training to be counted towards your Red Seal. See note below.
